We understand that each client is unique, so we tailor our solutions and services to meet your specific needs.  

As senior people transition into more complex roles, they value working with an Executive Coach who is external to the organisation, and who can help them settle into their role and make the transition they need to make. 

 

Senior people may experience their career plateauing, or managers might identify small areas that they can tweak to improve their performance; or they may have an interpersonal style that is holding them back from having a bigger impact. Whatever the reason is, that brings people to Executive Coaching where each program is tailored to the individuals’ agreed coaching objectives.

How the Executive Coaching Program Works 

We can get stuck in how we think, and this can impact our behaviour resulting in a loss of momentum. Working with a coach can challenge your thinking, and change your behaviour. 

 

We work 1:1 with executives to develop greater self-awareness, unlock new mindsets, change the way you think, take your relationships to a new level, and ignite the way you lead; personally and professionally. 

 

Our Executive Coaching Program extends over a 6-month period, commencing with a 3-way conversation between Manager, Coach, and Coachee to surface and agree on coaching program objectives.

 

We use psychometric tools, background in organisational psychology, psychotherapy, and coaching as the foundation of our work. 

 

The coaching sessions are 1:1 per month and end with a 3-way conversation to determine whether the individual has achieved their objectives.
