CULT OF MONDAY was founded because Mondays should be the best day of the week.
In 2017, a friend who was a SaaS Sales Leader asked me if I could help him with his team. He had grown the business to 25 people, and he needed to manage them and the business and continue to grow sales. The people piece was getting a little bit wobbly. I went in, did an assessment, and made a recommendation for some foundational HR processes and systems. They are still a client today.
4 years into the COM journey, Learning, Leadership, and Organisational Development became our jam! We saw big demand for helping businesses and leaders to grow their interpersonal skills, improve their team dynamic, and lift their leadership. Suddenly we were supporting stretched HR teams as well as writing People strategies, implementing technology, and designing bespoke, hybrid programs.
We have had an internal evolution becoming clearer about who we serve, who we are, and what is important to us, and during that process have invested in people processes, systems, and tools. We have a geographically dispersed team of coaches, facilitators, and HR experts, with technology and hybrid working approaches being core to how we operate.
During this process, we have become a strengths-based business. Anchored in positive psychology we believe that almost every person is a great fit for the right environment. As such we encourage people to become clear about their strengths, leverage them; working with people with complimentary strengths, and in doing so to banish the beige and to bring their quirk to work.
As we head towards being in business for over 5 years, our aspiration is to become the Learning, Leadership & Organisational Development partner of choice because of our pragmatic, quality and outcome-focused approach.
