Lauren knows the tenacity and perseverance required to build a team and a business; and provides Founders and Business Owners with a sounding board that is credible and practical. I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Talent practitioner working in growing organisations. I have worked in many different industries including advertising, logistics, communication and technology, both in Australia and overseas.

I love thinking big picture with leaders and my team, but I also like getting into the nitty gritty of a business and understanding what makes it tick and why people come into work every day.

In our new hybrid reality, I believe the organisations with strong people plans understand how to harness shared purpose, with individual mastery and autonomy. The thing I love most about my job is to help managers find their authentic leader-selves and drive wellness and high performance in their teams.  

When I am not working, I am splitting my time between my young family and training for my next running event (usually on trails if I can help it) or taking my dog pixie for a walk.🐶

Andrea is a systems and process guru. She is a seasoned Learning & Development partner who provides support to our clients and the internal Cult of Monday Team. She works closely with our Facilitators, Coaches and Talent Consultants to ensure that our processes and initiatives are not only pragmatic and efficient but also effective.

Based in Manila Philippines, Andrea brings over a decade of experience in operations. Her background includes employee relations, engagement, and learning and development. She thrives in agile and diverse environments and has partnered with business leaders to enhance their People solutions resulting in elevated employee engagement & experience, strengthened culture, and increased retention.

Andrea is also passionate about driving process improvement initiatives that nurture consistency, and stability in processes and building meaningful relationships with the people she works with.  

Outside the professional sphere, she is a devoted furmom to Cookie, a spirited pomeranian, and Batman a laid-back shih tzu. You will mostly see her in the kitchen as she truly enjoys cooking, learning new recipes, and indulging in the delicious outcomes!  She recently tied the knot and is still savouring the joys of the first few years of married life. 🤍
