Leadership is an internal job. Lauren has developed specialist skills in coaching leaders navigating more complex roles and as a particular interest in group coaching and team dynamics. She works with leaders in talent and leadership capability assessment, development and succession planning for sustainable businesses.
Lauren is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, with a Bachelor of Arts, Masters in Psychotherapy, ICC Coaching Accreditation and is an AMDRAS accrediated Mediator
With two decades of experience across private and public sectors, Ben brings deep expertise in organisational culture, engagement, coaching and leadership capability. Known for his pragmatic, collaborative style, Ben creates a safe, trusting environment where leaders and teams can reach their full potential.
He holds a Master of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Andrea is a highly reliable and results driven learning professional. Managing our learning lab, ensuring our coaching and leadership programs are delivered consistently and effectively. Andrea brings over a decade of experience in learning and development, partnering with facilitators and coaches to enhance the client experience. She is passionate about continuous improvement and building strong relationships with the people she works with.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management.
